Xingquan Railway was commenced in September 2016, with a total length of 496 kilometers and a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour. It is a national first-class electrified railway with mixed passenger and freight lines. The line runs from Xingguo Station of Beijing Jiulong Railway to Quanzhou Station. The "8 stations" of Xingquan Railway are Xingguo Station (existing), Butou Station, Yudu North Station, Laicun Station, Ningdu Station, Guoziyuan Station, Heshuxia Station and Shicheng East Station. The four stations to be renovated and constructed this time are Ningdu Station, Xingguo Station, Yudu North Station and Shicheng East Station, all of which use the Shanghai Dikong Intelligent Lighting Control System.
