The requirements of relevant technical agreements are as follows:
3.1.1 Tunnel intelligent lighting system controller
Power supply voltage: 24V;
Output control voltage: 2 × DC 0~10V, where 0V corresponds to the maximum power, 10V corresponds to the minimum power, and the middle is in a reverse linear relationship;
Analog signal input interface: 2-way 4-20mA signal interface;
Output control stage: 100;
Output control current: 2 × 200mA;
Detection range of brightness outside the tunnel: 0 ~ 20000lux
Communication: RS-485 interface;
Working environment temperature: - 10~55 ℃;
3.1.2 Digital display manual/automatic converter (touch screen)
(1) It has the function of manually controlling the voltage adjustment, which can adjust the inlet section to enhance the lighting brightness, and the adjustment range is DC0-10V.
(2) It shall have the switching ability between manual dimming signal and automatic dimming signal. The output signal can be switched between manual signal and automatic signal at will through the switch.
(3) The field control panel shall be able to continuously adjust the light of the enhanced lighting fixtures at the entrance section, and its brightness level shall not be less than 100.
3.1.4 Upper computer monitoring management software
The tunnel lighting monitoring software shall be able to realize the real-time monitoring and management of all tunnels in this bid section. The specific contents include: interface switching of different tunnels, display of current working conditions of each tunnel, fault alarm indication, operation prompt information, serial port configuration, time service, reading and setting of enhanced lighting parameters at the entrance section, display of brightness change curves inside and outside the tunnel, display of dimming characteristic curves, work record query, log query, fault handling Functions such as fault removal and exit.
3.1.5 Inspection and acceptance
The electrical engineer of the Employer, the electrical engineer of the supervision unit and the electrical engineer of the design unit shall be present at the same time to jointly inspect the listed inspection items item by item. The inspection and verification shall be carried out item by item and recorded, which shall be signed by the Employer, the Supervisor and the Designer.
(1) System appearance and function inspection
The controller shall be equipped with integrated operation keys and displays. If any item is missing or external connection mode is adopted, it will be judged as unqualified. Digital display manual/automatic converter shall be set in the dimming control cabinet, and it can continuously dimming the enhanced lighting at the entrance of the tunnel.
(2) Independent working performance check of controller
Disconnect the communication line between the controller and the computer, and observe whether the output voltage of the enhanced lighting on the controller changes with the brightness outside the tunnel and the traffic volume? If the output voltage display is unchanged or no display or the output control voltage signal cannot be displayed, it is unqualified.
(3) Normative inspection of controller input and output interfaces
The controller shall have 4-20mA analog input port and two DC0-10V analog output ports. If any analog port is missing or external module port is used, it will be judged as unacceptable. 0V of the analog output port corresponds to the maximum power of the lamp, and 10V corresponds to the minimum power of the lamp. By setting different output power percentages in the basic lighting, observe whether the output voltage value of the basic lighting displayed by the controller is inversely linear with the output power percentage; If the output voltage cannot be displayed or is not in reverse linearity, it is unacceptable.
(4) Real time clock check
Disconnect the communication line between the controller and the computer, turn off the power supply of the controller for 3 minutes, and then restore the power supply. The controller should be able to correctly display the system clock. After restoration, it should be able to correctly display the system clock. If the display is not correct or the deviation is more than 2s, it is judged as unqualified; If the controller has no clock display, it is also judged as unqualified.
(5) Check the correlation between the enhanced lighting and the brightness outside the tunnel
The brighter the brightness outside the tunnel, the brighter the brightness inside the tunnel. If an object completely blocks the window of the luminance meter outside the tunnel, the brightness of each section at the entrance of the tunnel shall be reduced to the minimum accordingly; After the shelter is removed, the brightness in the tunnel shall return to the original brightness. If the brightness is unchanged, or the direction of change is opposite, or this function is not available, it is judged as unacceptable.
(7) Function inspection of upper computer software
a. Check whether the main interface of the monitoring management software of the upper computer can be switched in each tunnel. If there is no such function or it cannot be switched, it will be judged as unqualified;
b. Check whether the enhanced lighting parameters of the entrance section can be set, including the percentage of output power and the start and stop time of the switch lamp. If this function is not available or cannot be set, it will be judged as unacceptable;
c. Check whether the monitoring and management interface of each tunnel can display the brightness change information inside and outside the tunnel, and whether the estimation is correct. If there is no such function, or it cannot be displayed, or the difference between the actual value and the actual value is too large, it will be judged as unqualified;
d. Check whether the work records of each tunnel monitoring management interface can access historical data. If they cannot be accessed or cannot be retrieved, they will be judged as unqualified;
e. Click the "Fault Handling" button on the monitoring and management interface of each tunnel, and the lamps in the tunnel shall be able to work at full power, otherwise it will be judged as unqualified.
3.2 Luminance meter
3.2.1 Brightness meter outside tunnel:
Measuring range: 0 ~ 20,000lux, spectral sensitivity ± 3%, ambient temperature: - 15 ℃ ~+50 ℃, power supply: 24DC, measuring signal: 4 ~ 20mA output, measuring angle: 20 °.
3.2.2 Brightness meter in tunnel:
Measuring range: 0 ~ 20000lux, power supply: 24DC, measuring signal: 4 ~ 20mA output.
The protection level of the luminance meter shall not be lower than IP65
3.3. System Commissioning
The contract section shall complete system commissioning in combination with the functional requirements of stepless dimming control.
