2-1 Product overview
DK2000-CS****M is a product with LCD Chinese display interface, programming free, menu setting, and independent use of intelligent lighting control module, its 50A magnetic holding relay, itself low power consumption, small heat, but also can maintain the original output state after power off. Each relay comes with a mechanical handle. Even if the module fails unexpectedly, it can also realize the manual forced switch of the lighting circuit through the mechanical handle. It is a switching control module designed specifically for the currently widely used LED lights, outdoor high-power lamps and motor loads, which can resist instantaneous surge current up to 500A. It effectively solves the problem that the lamp can not be turned off due to the stickiness of relay contacts which is common in the market. It can provide safe and reliable intelligent control for the lighting system of national substation, hospital, subway, high-speed railway station, airport, sports stadium, hotel, large shopping mall and other important public places.
Through RS485 MODBUS RTU, TCP/IP and other national standards open communication protocol networking, to achieve the remote centralized management of computer, mobile APP.
It can also combine with Shanghai DI Control cloud platform, and realize wireless communication management of each intelligent lighting control module through 4G signal transceiver module (DTU), which is very suitable for outdoor lighting system, old building lighting system transformation, home intelligent control and so on.
2-2 Product features are as follows:
1. Use aluminum alloy shell. To improve heat dissipation and protection performance
2, the controller has independent timing, astronomical clock, fire linkage strong start, scene editing, manual operation and other functions
3, the controller comes with LCD screen, Chinese menu operation interface, so that users can achieve local operation management in special or emergency situations
4. The controller has two digital input ports (2DI) and two analog input ports (2AI). Can be connected with fire signals, human body induction signals, illuminance, etc., to achieve automatic control
5. The relay adopts the high-power magnetic holding relay with the resistance type load breaking ability of 50A and above, and the resistance to instantaneous surge current can reach 500A and above
6, the relay has a mechanical toggle switch, even if the controller fails to use, and in the case of power failure can be opened or closed by mechanical handle lighting circuit
7, the circuit current detection function: when the actual current value of a circuit is lower than the normal current value, it indicates that the circuit has a lamp failure, alarm window open, remind personnel maintenance (only with current detection module)
8, all have over zero disconnect function: to ensure that the loop with load work disconnected, are in the current value is close to 0A to disconnect the load, the relay contact plays a very good protection role
9. Circuit current limiting function: when the actual current of a circuit exceeds the set value, the relay will automatically cut off to protect the safety of the line (current detection module only).
10, the cumulative number of relay action function: refer to the number of relay action, combined with the background software, can know the use time of the lamp, can be reasonably exchanged, prolong the service life of the lamp; In addition, energy consumption can be calculated according to the lamp power.
