DK2000-CDV0405 dimming module is a kind of LCD Chinese display interface, programming free, menu setting, and can be used independently intelligent voltage dimming module, which uses SCR imported from the United States, and adopts double SCR voltage dimming, double SCR voltage dimming advantages: first of all, reliability is double than ordinary dimming module; In addition, because it is dispersed in the bottom of the aluminum alloy shell with heat sink, the heat dissipation performance is significantly improved, and the corresponding bearing capacity is better than similar products.
In addition, users can use RS485 MODBUS RTU, TCP/IP and other national standards open communication protocol networking, in order to achieve the remote centralized management of computer, mobile phone APP, widely used in hotels, theaters, high-end restaurants, conference hall, villa and other high-end places that need different lighting scene mode.

2-2  Main Functions and Features of the product

1. Use aluminum alloy shell to improve heat dissipation and protection performance.

2. All Chinese LCD display screens. The menu type Chinese interface can be combined with function keys, very convenient for parameter setting and scene call.

3. The dimming curve mode is optional. According to the luminescence characteristics of the lamp can choose different dimming curve mode: linear dimming, 1.5 curve, 2.0 curve dimming, 3.0 curve dimming.

4. All warp and weft time control and timing function. Also known as the astronomical clock function, when selected, the lighting switch time throughout the year, with the time of sunrise and sunset automatically adjust the lighting mode.

5. Automatic control function is realized according to illumination and human body sensing. Need to be equipped with a multifunctional sensor (illumination and human body moving PIR integrated) after the realization.

6. The circuit overload protection function. The software limits the maximum current of a single loop, and also limits the total input current of the dimmer. When the loop current or total current exceeds the rated value, the controller will reduce the load by 30%, making the dimmer work within the rated current range.

7. All circuit fault detection functions. When the actual current value of a loop is lower than the normal current value (can be set up by the proportional belt), it indicates that there is a lamp fault in the loop, the alarm window is opened to remind personnel maintenance.

8. All fire alarm linkage control function. When receiving the strong fire start signal, all emergency lighting circuits are forced to open 80%.

9. There are 2 groups of switch and 2 groups of analog signal input ports. According to the needs of users, to achieve specific functional requirements.

10. The fade in and fade out time can be adjusted. The dimming loop fade in and fade out time can be set, 1S-99S can be adjusted, that is, it can instantly brighten, but also can slowly brighten, slowly dim.

Note: If the load is LED lamp, SCR thyristor should be added between the lamp and dimming module to adjust the drive power; In case of resistive load such as incandescent lamp or low-voltage halogen lamp, it can be directly connected to the dimmer module.
